Hero Beverage Co. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product, please email us at hello@drinkhero.com for a refund of the overcharge.

Should drinkhero.com reduce its price on any product within 7 calendar days from the date you purchased your product, feel free to contact the Hero Beverage Co. Customer Experience team at 1-877-672-3389 or hello@drinkhero.com to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Hero Beverage Co. within 3 days of the price change. Hero Beverage Co. does not price match other websites or stores.

Please note: The above stated Price Matching Policy excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
